A Descent into Awareness

Depth isn’t about going further in — it’s revealed when we stop leaving what’s already here.

A Descent into Awareness

I remember diving to maximum test depth on a nuclear submarine.
A rare exercise, when every sound, movement, and vibration mattered.
No one spoke. Awareness filled the space.

That descent wasn’t about going deeper into the ocean.
It was a descent into awareness itself—beyond the mind.
A state where thought fell silent,
and only the alertness of NOW remained.

We weren’t searching for depth.
We were living in it.

Lead from there. ⚓
That's true awareness—not self-awareness, not intentions, not values, not the conditioned mind, not our stories.

What would it look like to lead from that same alert presence—where nothing needs to be added or controlled?
