About

Fifteen years of searching led to one discovery:

We are not the voice in our head. We are the awareness in which it appears.

When leaders operate from this awareness instead of thought, everything shifts.

The See Different Manifesto didn't begin as a plan. It emerged from a much longer journey—one that started in 2009 when I left a 30-year corporate career, determined to understand why organizational change so rarely creates lasting transformation.

What I discovered over those 15 years wasn't a better change methodology. It was something far more fundamental: that true transformation doesn't come from doing more. It comes from seeing differently.

Five years ago, John Ryskowski and Wolfgang Fiebig joined me in holding space for this work. Through years of dialogue, silence, and shared exploration, we discovered that what first appeared as insights were actually doorways—ways of perceiving that dissolve boundaries between self and other, control and trust, doing and being.

Together, we created what we didn't set out to create: a manifesto pointing beyond the conditioned mind into the deeper awareness that connects us all.

The manifesto and its 13 doorways invite you to witness what flows through you when the channel is clear. When you stop operating from the voice in your head and recognize the awareness you actually are.

These aren't beliefs to adopt but living invitations. Reflections of a field of consciousness that continues to evolve through the presence and participation of everyone who engages with it.

The manifesto belongs to no one. It's a shared expression of awareness, still unfolding.
